Support services

Futur3s South West provides comprehensive semi independent living services throughout the South West area. Our services are located close to transport links and local amenities. With experienced support provided up to 24 hours a day offering high level, structured, supervised, singleton or group living arrangement.
We understand that for most young people leaving care, the transition from care to full independence can be difficult. Futur3s can support with this transition by working with the young person to build on their strengths and abilities.

Our objective is to support individuals who have a range of vulnerabilities. These can vary from young people leaving care, young people with additional needs or any young person that requires our support services.

We understand the reality of these challenges and realise the detrimental affects they can have on a young person’s life. At Futur3s we know that, unfortunately young adults who have experienced these types of challenges could experience difficulties in society, which could lead to unemployment, poverty, homelessness and exclusion.

We believe that with providing the right kind of support and guidance, Futur3s can give them the skills to live independently, to feel comfortable within their environment and to build relationships and feel a sense of community. Our overall priority is to enable those vulnerable people to not only live a better quality of life but to live it proudly with aspirations.

We can support young people aged 16 to 25 living in private residential accommodation supported up to 24 hours a day, seven days a week by a mixture of experienced support workers and outreach support workers.

We can offer short term transitional services for the most vulnerable young people in society. We will support these young people during this difficult period offering stability, structure, a nurturing home and ethos.

Working in partnership with local authorities we also care for young people leaving foster care and residential care who need initial support in semi-independent living.

Futur3s have built strong, positive relationships with local authorities across the South West and other key professionals with a view to getting the right services and support structures in place for each young person.
